5. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka.
• Orders over LKR 8,000 qualify for free shipping.
• Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
• Certain items, including strung rackets, personalized items, and clearance products, are non-returnable.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
